Do you service exotic and luxury vehicles?
Yes. The shop works with exotic, luxury, performance, and specialty vehicles, including brands such as Lamborghini, Ferrari, Porsche, Audi, BMW M, Mercedes-Benz, Aston Martin, Nissan GT-R, and other high-value vehicles.
What are your hours?
We are open Monday through Saturday from 9:00am to 7:00pm, and Sunday from 10:00am to 3:00pm. For the best experience, call or text us at 954-516-8802 before visiting so we can prepare for your vehicle.
Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are recommended so the shop can prepare for the vehicle, service type, parts needs, diagnostic time, pickup or delivery requests, and concierge support.
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Yes. VIP pickup and delivery may be available depending on scheduling, location, vehicle condition, weather, and service scope. Concierge members may receive priority support, with tow coordination by membership tier up to a maximum 50-mile radius from the shop.
What is the concierge membership?
The concierge service is a monthly support plan for exotic owners. Depending on the tier, it can include inspections, maintenance tracking, reminders, pickup and delivery, priority scheduling, warning-light support, storage preparation, ownership management, and tow coordination up to the plan radius.
What happens if I break down out of state?
If you break down while traveling outside Florida, the concierge team can help coordinate with a reputable repair shop, transport provider, or specialty service partner to help get you back on the road safely. Third-party towing, transport, parts, and repair costs are billed separately.
Do you do transmission work?
Yes. Exotic Auto Repair And Transmission provides transmission diagnostics, service guidance, repair coordination, and related performance vehicle support.
Can you inspect a vehicle before I buy it?
Yes. Pre-purchase inspections are available for buyers who want a professional review before purchasing an exotic, luxury, or performance vehicle.
What payment options do you accept?
Payment options may include PayPal, Square, card invoice, Zelle, Apple Pay, concierge membership billing, and in-shop payment. Final payment instructions can be confirmed by calling or texting the shop.
Do you require a deposit?
Some appointments, diagnostics, special-order parts, transport, concierge services, and priority scheduling may require a deposit or retainer before work begins.
Can I text a dashboard warning light?
Yes. Customers can text photos of dashboard warnings for initial guidance. A physical inspection or diagnostic scan may still be required before repair recommendations are made.
